Parker is full of places to play and work out.  We highlight The Parker Recreation Center (public), The Parker Fieldhouse (public), Obrien Park and Pool (public) and Parker Lifetime Fitness (private).  All are "state of the art" facilities.

This goes over a very special First Time Home Buyer program for Parker buyers, made avaialble by The Douglas County Housing Authority ( a Douglas County agency).  If you're eligible, it cannot be beat.  Definitely check it out.

We work with a lot of First Time Home Buyers.  In fact, we have become expert in this area.  My husband, Bob, has a lending background and is very current and expert on the financing options for First Time Home Buyers.  All of the major First Time Home Buyer loan programs are included in these reports.  They are free and will be emailed to you.

Preferred Lender

Working with a great lender is critical.  Unfortunately, the majority of lenders are very average (or below average) in their product knowledge and service. With my husband's background in lending, we have been able to determine who the good ones are.  Our favorite, Tom Slingsby with Southeast Mortgag , is highlighted here. According to my husband, he's the best lender he's ever known.
